Customers dad recently passed away. She only wants me to preserve the flowers for her to make her own shadow box keepsakes! Picked them up before 8pm, before 10pm the flower blooms were all in the first stage of preservation!!!

✨ Remembering Ollie Jane Richard David ✨

This order was such a special one. Ollie Jane Richard David’s granddaughter, Taylor Stelly, reached out to me and trusted me with her grandmother’s funeral flowers which were red roses, white baby’s breath, and pink and white carnations; to create keepsakes for her entire family.

💍 Taylor: A gold ring featuring preserved roses and baby’s breath, paired with Grandma Ollie Jane’s birthstone pearl.

💙 Her son: A fidget spinner with preserved baby’s breath in his favorite color, blue.

🦋 Her older daughter: A butterfly charm bracelet.

🦋 Her youngest daughter: A matching butterfly charm necklace.

🦌 Her dad: A deer head wind chime, inspired by his love of hunting and created to honor the loved ones he has lost, including his beloved wife, dad, brother, and most recently, his mom, Ollie Jane.

The deer head features preserved roses, the antlers contain preserved baby’s breath, and the border surrounding the deer is made with carnations and a pearl backing. The feather pieces on the wind chime feature everyone’s birthstone colors, bringing his loved ones together in one meaningful piece.

Taylor also wanted to make sure her siblings were included, so we created two additional keepsakes specifically for them.

🦋 Her sister: A butterfly keychain featuring preserved roses with Grandma Ollie Jane’s birthstone color as the backing.

❤️ Her brother: A heart-shaped paperweight featuring preserved baby’s breath around the edge, rose petals in the center, and a pearl backing.

What I loved most about this order is that every single keepsake is different. I was able to create each piece around the individual person!

This order truly allowed me to let my creativity run free! It also gave me the opportunity to learn even more about how Louisiana’s heat and humidity can affect different resins and curing times. 🌡️

I genuinely enjoyed creating every piece in this collection, and I’m so proud of how everything came together.

Most importantly, I’m incredibly proud to have an entire family of satisfied customers! 🥹🤍

When the customer gives me these flowers drooping and natural dried upside down in her closet. I preserve them to make sure absolutely no moisture is trapped before each epoxy keepsake is created! To be able to have saved 3 full roses excites me.
