So last weekend I was in the lab as I call the kitchen,I tested an orange creamsicle cake and lemon Oreo Truffles from scratch and for me I am very critical of my food and desserts!

So I tried them both on my staff and a few others at work! They liked the cake and the truffles, it went like that! But for me, it was missing something, I’ll figure it out!! It was a certain taste and flavor I was looking for!

That’s why when someone say I made your dessert, I am like really because myself, my sister and my mom recipes are in our head and made up. They found a recipe on the internet but it’s not the same with the same ingredients we came up with!
