Hay Camp Brewing Company is Rapid City's first production brewery. We are a nanobrewery that produces small batch handcrafted beers exclusive to onsite sales. The tavern emulates Rapid City's early developmental era, originally established as a hay camp in the Black Hills. With Karl Koth and Sam Papendick being brewers and tavern operators, the customers will be educated on how each beer is unique and which offering pairs best with their particular taste. We look forward to serving up the best craft brews in town.
