I chose to push past my comfort zone today and test my skills by making yeast rolls. Why didnt i use the bread proof option on my stove. Next time I will weigh each dough ball for consistency. Not bad 1st batch. Practice practice practice

Yesterday's test recipe #1 Oatmeal Raisin walnut.

Flavor - Good 8/10
Texture - cake like (if you like bakery style)
Baking - 6/10 - browned on top too much for me.
Weigh: 2.8 oz

Next time:
I'll reduce amount of oats
Weigh ingredients instead of measuring (possibly remove nuts)
Make sure oven is preheated for 20 mins before putting cookies in oven

I'll retry recipe next week.
