✨ The Medicine Bar — Daytona Beach, Florida ✨
After dolphins, collaboration, and a slightly chilly Florida day, we found ourselves tucked into this hidden gem on Myrtle Lane in Daytona Beach — The Medicine Bar — and honestly, it’s a whole frequency.
This isn’t just a bar. It’s a sanctuary disguised as a speakeasy.
Low couches, warm wood, soft draped ceilings, and intimate seating that invites you to settle in, slow down, and actually be with the people you’re with. The space itself encourages conversation, curiosity, and expansion.
They do offer wine and beer, but what truly sets this place apart is their beautifully curated non-alcoholic menu — drinks crafted as medicine. Herbal tonics, kombucha, Ayurvedic and adaptogenic blends, all designed with intention and attuned to energy, cycles, and nourishment. The menu even reflects moon phases and feminine rhythms, honoring where you are in your body and your life.
We shared a charcuterie board, which felt exactly right for the space — grounding, communal, and meant to be enjoyed slowly, alongside meaningful conversation.
I had an amethyst drink that felt uplifting and clarifying — like it tuned my system rather than stimulating it.
And then there was the rose water and honey drink… absolutely divine.
The first sip felt like recognition.
As if my cells met the cells of the drink and said, “Yes. This is nourishment.”
Soft, floral, subtly sweet — heart-opening and gentle. Beauty as medicine. Presence in a glass.
This isn’t about grabbing a drink.
It’s about intention, connection, and nourishment — for the body, the nervous system, and the soul.
If you’re in Daytona Beach and craving something unique, soulful, and genuinely different, The Medicine Bar is a place to experience, not rush through.
