This fall will be 4 years since we had our very first wedding at Becky Branch. It was Lauren & Denton’s❤️. It was a special moment for all of us because we had worked so hard building the barn and this land is where Lauren and Denton had spent so much time getting to know one another.
Lauren wrote and recorded the song for the daddy and daughter dance. She used part of a message Shane had left on her phone when she had moved near Pigeon Forge and we didn’t get to see her very often. I think you can hear the closeness we share and the love that continues to grow here. Lauren and Denton will soon be moving back home and we are very excited about that.

Sometimes words can be misinterpreted as to what you intended. I'm finding that when you do your very best to do right, there are going to be challenges. I don't pretend to have a gift for writing, but I do have a heart to serve others while continuing to do my best to serve God. I want to let you know that Becky Branch Band does not sing for money. We've never asked for anything, no matter where we've been. We have received some donations along the way, which helps with expenses. We try to always pour back into our community anything we receive. Sometimes, it helps us be able to host family-friendly days here at the barn. We never refuse anyone because of an inability to pay. We don't even ask. We do mention acceptance of donations, and we thank those who have been so generous and have supported our efforts. We love all of you! The 'likes,' 'follows,' and 'comments' you share will not make us rich. We do not intend for it to. However, it could end up purchasing a box of hamburgers or hot dogs for our future events. ~Cathy

UPDATE: The Becky Branch Barn has officially reached a goal of where we can actually start earning $ for content. You can help by liking, following, and/or commenting on our page. Eva’s video has earned us our first 25 cents. I know that is funny, but it’s a small, small start to something that could potentially start to grow and earn enough to help get things growing at Becky Branch. It also allows others to know and be a part of what we try our best to do here at the barn and throughout our lives.❤️

God equips us with what we need, when we are willing, even on short notice. Thank you, Pleasant Valley Baptist Church for inviting us to be with you during revival. When Eva got the invitation before Shane, she was already saying, “I’m ready!” That is a blessing to this mama’s heart.❤️ God help us all to be ready and willing.

The Becky Branch Band is deeply saddened by the sudden and unexpected death of Dean Cowart, yesterday afternoon. Dean was our wonderful dobro player that brought so much to our little band. He will be greatly missed. Please pray for all his family and friends.❤️🙏🏻❤️
