I'm Elizabeth Malueg, private chef. I'm available for catering private parties (baby showers, engagement parties, bridal showers, dinner parties, holiday parties, etc.) of almost any size within Southeastern Wisconsin, and for cooking and baking demos and classes. I previously worked for the Hartford Golf Course as the Sous Chef and Pastry Chef for nine years. I'm passionate about food and helping

others to realize the beauty and wonderful tastes that can aspire from the simplest of ingredients. Elle Bee can customize any menu to your individual event and dietary needs.

Another wonderful wine party this year for some of our favorite clients 😊 This year we decided to highlight the wines of Vincent Arroyo winery and the Calistoga, CA region by telling the story of wine as it ages with both the wine and the food. A journey from grape leaf and grape to dark red. A wonderful night with delicious food and wine! 🍷

Another great wine party in the books with some tasty food! This years theme was the movie “Sideways” with the 3 main courses highlighting Pinot noir and merlot from the Napa Valley, France and the Pacific Northwest. Thanks for the invite back Matt and Heather! 😊

Elle Bee transported a fun group of wine enthusiasts last night to Spain and Portugal with some tantalizing tapas! A wonderful night was had by all with these 7 courses and wine pairings 🥳

Another fun dinner last night for a group of 8 by Elle Bee! Roasted balsamic grape risotto with rosemary seared ribeye, topped with sautéed mushrooms and a Tuscan kale salad with craisins, pepitas, and maple roasted butternut squash in an apricot Dijon vinaigrette. For dessert gluten, dairy and sugar free tangerine olive oil cakes with citrus compote and whipped coconut cream 😊

Did you know Elle Bee can create delicious meals for your small or large group parties to drop off and you can reheat on your own time 😱. A few pics from a small dinner party we cooked for last week with a Greek theme. We prepared the meal and brought everything in disposable containers with simple instructions for reheat and assembly.
Cocktail: Honey, tangerine and miso bellinis
Dinner:
Grilled lemon swordfish steaks topped with an olive tapenade
Orzo with caramelized onions, sundried tomatoes and feta
Grilled radicchio and eggplant salad with lemon mint yogurt and a pomegranate sumac vinaigrette topped with toasted hazelnuts and pomegranate seeds
Dessert: tangerine olive oil cake with cocoa mascarpone glaze and warm cranberry compote 😊

Elle Bee has been a busy 🐝 this week. We had the pleasure of making some delicious apps for a client’s Christmas party this evening. We served up butternut squash sweet corn and miso soup shooters topped with chili crisp and spiced nuts, a lovely charcuterie spread and dips platter with cumin roasted carrots, grilled zucchini and cucumbers for dipping and Indian Bao buns with pomegranate ginger pork belly and fig mustard. Finally for dessert mini grapefruit tarragon tarts with cocoa cream on top.
