A note to our guests regarding the Coronavirus
Dear Parents and Caretakers,
The safety of all of our guests - your friends, family and most importantly, children - along with our employees remains of the utmost importance here at Pump It Up of Randolph. Given the unease created by the developing coronavirus news, the health and security of our loved ones has become a primary concern.
To promote the healthy well-being of guests and team members, we have taken additional precautions to ensure our cleaning and sanitizing procedures are in line with recommendations from the health authorities. These procedures include, but are not limited to:
• Team members receiving extensive training on the proper cleaning methods and protocols for every area of our facility.
• All team members have also been retrained in thorough personal hygiene including continuously washing and sanitizing their hands.
• We have increased daytime sanitizing between parties and end of the day sanitizing and cleaning throughout the entire facility. Team members are instructed to disinfect each and every inflatable ride and touchable surface in our arenas between every single party of the day. Rest assured you and your guests are entering a freshly cleaned and disinfected room each and every time you enter a new arena/room during your party.
• Detailed checklists are utilized for all routine cleanings, ensuring standards are met. In accordance with the CDC (Center for Disease Control and Prevention), we also encourage guests and team members to follow their suggested hygiene practices at all times.
• Alcohol-based hand sanitizing stations are located throughout the entire facility for our guests to use.
At this time, to reduce foot traffic through the facility, we are limiting all open jumps and play sessions from our regular schedule until further notice.
We understand the concern you may feel as a parent, as well as the desire to still celebrate your child’s birthday. Rest assured that in addition to our rigorous, routine cleaning procedures, our 100% private parties make your child’s birthday exclusive to your invited guests only. As a reminder, Pump It Up of Randolph's policy allows you the flexibility of adjusting your party details, such as the number of children attending your party, food order, and other party details, up to the day before your celebration, so you can easily make changes during this time of uncertainty.
