Fujifilm x100vi | Why all the hype?
I brought Instagrams favorite camera to a wedding to see what all the fuse was about. From the standpoint of being a professional photographer this camera means simplicity. One 35 mm focal length. Beautiful tactile buttons to manipulate the exposure triangle. Small discrete camera to help documentary style. Similar satisfaction to driving a stick shift car. Fun. Most people will buy this camera and put it into full automatic mode, that is a shame.

F2 | I love using lenses that can shoot at very short depth of field. It creates softness of the background and evokes feelings of intimacy and focus, perfect for wedding photography. It adds warmth and depth, making images feel more personal. Hopefully they never create an iPhone that can take this kind of photo.
