DELIVERY SUPERVISOR
Orange County Party Rentals is seeking a highly motivated, dependable, and experienced Delivery Supervisor to oversee our delivery operations and help ensure every client delivery is completed safely, accurately, and professionally.
This is a hands-on position. The Delivery Supervisor is responsible for managing delivery routes, safely loading and securing rental equipment, communicating with customers and the internal team, and ensuring deliveries and pickups are completed efficiently and according to company standards.
You will work closely with our Warehouse Supervisor and Delivery Assistant, while also being expected to independently complete deliveries when needed.
What We’re Looking For
* Previous delivery, logistics, moving, event rental, warehouse, or similar experience preferred
* Experience safely driving a box truck
* Strong understanding of proper loading and equipment-securement practices
* Ability to manage routes, schedules, and priorities independently
* Strong communication and customer-service skills
* Dependable, punctual, organized, and accountable
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced, physical environment
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Availability to work weekends, early mornings, evenings, and after-hours as business needs require
Requirements
* Valid driver’s license
* Clean driving record
* Ability to pass a background check
* Ability to safely perform the physical requirements associated with loading, unloading, and delivering rental equipment
