What does it take to bring an experience like Signal to life?

For our team at Show Gear Productions, it meant months of planning, custom automation, scenic integration, creative engineering, and an incredible crew of over 80 people onsite working together to execute at the highest level.

Behind the scenes, the numbers tell part of the story:

• 28 boxes of Kara II line arrays
• 176 moving lights across the environment
• 16.8 million pixels driven across the system
• Custom scenic builds and integrated automation systems
• General sessions, immersive environments, and breakout experiences all operating simultaneously

But the real story is the coordination behind it all.

* From early CAD and pre-production workflows to show-site ex*****on, every department moved as one team to transform empty ballrooms into fully immersive environments designed to connect people, ideas, and technology.

* Events like SIGNAL demand more than equipment. They demand trust, communication, adaptability, and a crew able to solve problems before attendees ever see them.

Today is the day!
Show Gear Productions is proud to be the production team behind one of one of the most emotional and exciting reveals we have ever been a part of.
Club Ichi's Secret Family Reunion is finally happening again for the first time since 2019 and we have been helping build this moment for months.

* No one knows where they’re flying to yet.
Not their teams. Not their families. Not even themselves.

50 event professionals from across North America will be flying somewhere and currently have no clue where they're going till later on today. Currently, they are in a ballroom full of technology at the Luxe Hotels on Sunset Blvd.
This took two years of secret keeping. Six months of content creation, editing, and rehearsals. And our very own owner and founder David Wight in the room as one of the lucky 50, with absolutely no idea what is about to happen to him. You can watch us all live at the link below.

Here is how today unfolds:
- At 12pm PDT the Live broadcast begins with host and emcee Matt Riley, man on the street interviews, behind the scenes moments, and we are told there is some very interesting hair involved
- 2:00pm PDT The big reveal of where they're going.

Three years with . That is the milestone we are celebrating today for @[urn:li:person:Vb0xNTjQ5t].

In live event production, the difference between a good show and a great one comes down to the people running point behind the scenes. Ryan is one of those people. Calm under pressure, dialed in on the details, and trusted by everyone he works with.

We have also heard that he "caught them all" but, that is to be confirmed.

Congratulations, Ryan. Here is to year four and every show still ahead.
