FACT: I am a SUDRC-I (Substance Use Registered Counselor) working toward certification.
I spent the day writing an essay on SUD case management for my certification classes...but standard prose couldn't capture the raw grit of what MAT actually feels like on the ground. So I put it into the machines instead.
Playing on the word Methadone, "Messadone" strips away the sterile clinical language and embraces the heavy, distorted truth of healing. Built on crushing low-end kicks and relentless powernoise textures, this track is a tribute to survival, harm reduction, and the strength it takes to navigate the noise.
