Petite Bee Events Whether it's a union of two people, the birth of a new child, or the Celebration of a life lived welove being able to be a part of it.

I’m a party perfectionist and a DIY addict. My Friends and Family refer to me as a “busy Bee”. I can never be involved in too many things. Event planning is a passion of mine, especially if it is a big idea on a limited budget. I believe in love and celebrating it, whether it's a union of two people, the birth of a new child, or the Celebration of a life lived I love being able to be a part of it. In the past having worked in the non-profit area I learned how to utilize my organizational skills as well as budgeting to be able to pull off events like auctions, golf tournaments, and themed fundraising dinners.I take great pride in creating an event with personalization and attention to detail to create a memorable atmosphere regardless of size or budget. For several years I had the opportunity to give advice to hundreds of Latinas by way of “Soy Fashionista” an online webzine. My articles featured cost effective ideas and unique ways to plan and host various types of events. If I'm not coordinating an event I'm spending time with my boys or working on a DIY project with my husband. We love to revitalize old pieces from the past and give them new life. “For this child we have prayed.” 🤍🌙

Years ago, we had the privilege of bringing Randy and Rashonda’s wedding day to life. This weekend, we were honored to celebrate another beautiful chapter with them—the upcoming arrival of their baby girl, Menyil Grace Ruiz. Her name, Menyil, means “moon” in the Desert Cahuilla language, a sweet inspiration for this celebration.

We traveled from the desert to Temecula, where their home church graciously welcomed us to transform their sanctuary into a space filled with love and celebration.

Guests created personalized onesies and wrote prayer cards for Menyil—a keepsake of blessings for her and her parents to cherish for years to come. Sweet members of their church family brought homemade baked goods for the dessert table, and Randy’s cousin Myriam of Pastel Bravo created the most delicate cake—a beautiful confectionery work of art fit for a princess. 🎂✨

Randy and Rashonda, thank you for inviting us into another unforgettable moment in your lives. From your wedding day to celebrating your baby girl, it has been such a joy to be part of your story. 🤍

There’s a special kind of honor in creating flowers for a family during their grief. I hope each piece can express a little of the love they feel for someone when words aren’t enough.

Creating these flowers for Sonia was especially close to my heart. I’ll always remember the way her smile and presence lit up a room, her resilience, and the love she had for her daughter.

Jeanette, thank you for trusting me to create your mom’s flowers. It was a privilege to honor someone I knew and a family I hold dear. 🤍 This treble clef was a request from her niece Chelly 🥰❤️😘

Our little Big Kahuna turned ONE! 🌊🏄‍♂️☀️💙

This celebration was extra special and truly a labor of love. His mommy is not only my goddaughter and niece, but also a huge part of our company💙 — always beside me, helping me create magic and beautiful memories for so many other families. 🥹

But this time, the magic was for HER baby boy. 💙

Every little detail was created with so much love for Auri, and seeing everyone come together to celebrate him made the day even more special. He is surrounded by a village that absolutely adores him.

Happy 1st Birthday to our little Big Kahuna! 🌊🤙🏼 May you always know how incredibly loved you are.

I realized the other day that a lot of people around us don’t actually know everything we do at Petite Bee Events.

A lot of people think we just show up and coordinate the event… but we’re actually the ones behind so much of it.

We’re visiting venues, taking measurements, designing the florals, creating the backdrops, pressing linens, folding napkins, setting tables, making signs, building custom carts, setting up photo booths, creating audio guest books, loading trailers, delivering everything, setting it all up, and then coming back at the end of the night to tear it all down.

When you see one of our events, you’re seeing something we spent weeks (sometimes months) planning and creating with our own hands.

So if you’ve ever wondered why we disappear every weekend… 😂 now you know.

We are so grateful to our family and friends who think of us or share our name. It truly means more than you know. ❤️🐝

From Rendering to reality ❤️When Lola asked us to create custom carts for Cle Cachee Champagne’s event at the Red Barn in Palm Desert, we knew this project had to be something special. ✨

The goal was to create a cart that embodied the brand’s aesthetic—modern, elegant, timeless, and functional.

What made this project even more meaningful was that it was a true family collaboration. My dad, a welder with over 40 years of experience, built the framework with incredible craftsmanship. My husband and I handled the painting, personalization, finishing details, delivery, and installation to ensure every element matched the original rendering we presented to the client.

There is something so rewarding about watching an idea go from a sketch on paper to a finished piece that becomes part of someone’s vision.

This is more than a cart. It’s craftsmanship, creativity, and family all rolled into one project.

We’re incredibly proud of how it turned out and grateful for the opportunity to bring this vision to life.

I had the opportunity to return to the private Catholic school I attended for eight years and provide décor for one of their events.

Standing in the same gym where I once attended dances and school activities brought back so many memories. It was a beautiful reminder of how far life can take you while still bringing you back to where part of your story began.

Feeling grateful for the journey and the opportunity. Thank you Jessica for taking me back ❤️

Yesterday’s wedding had me feeling like Shelley Long in Troop Beverly Hills. My girls definitely earned their wilderness patch out in Morongo Valley completely off the grid.
No Wi-Fi, desert tortoises, snakes, hawks carrying snakes, an angry beehive, and bullfrogs that sounded HUGE by the lake definitely an adventure lol.
But we did it all for love . So grateful to celebrate Tiffany & Jesse. All of the beautiful personalized details — from the table numbers and stone place cards to the seating chart signage and bar — were handmade by the Bride & Groom ❤️

This is your reminder that every beautiful event starts with a blank canvas

This family ranch has hosted so many events over the years, and our goal was to completely transform the space—so it could be experienced in a way it never has before.

What you see at the end is just the final layer… the vision, the planning, the design—it all happens long before guests ever walk in.

My favorite part will always be the reaction—the couple, the family, that moment they step in and see it all come to life ✨

And we couldn’t have done it without our friends at La Rana Rene, who absolutely nailed the custom draping on this space ❤️
