I’m honored to be joining the HELP Conference as a guest speaker on Friday, August 28 at UC Riverside.

For me, this conversation is bigger than health—it’s about our community. It’s about making sure people have access to the information, resources, and conversations that can help us live better and make better choices for ourselves and our families.

The barbershop has always been more than a place to get a haircut. It’s where we talk. It’s where we listen. It’s where real conversations happen. And I’m looking forward to bringing that same community perspective to the HELP Conference.

I’ll be joining an incredible group of doctors, researchers, educators, faith leaders, and community advocates for a full day of evidence, conversation and action.

If you’re from Riverside, San Bernardino, Moreno Valley, Fontana, or anywhere in between — this one’s for you. Inland City Music Festival is coming to White Park on October 10th, and we wanted to slow down for a second and actually tell you what it is, because this is more than just another event on the calendar.

This festival is presented by Epic Events Center and Raquel's Jazz Lounge, hosted by the one and only Aundrae Russell of KJLH 102.3 — and the lineup is stacked with real talent representing the sound of our community: Westcoast Slave, Jeanette Harris, Rodney Taylor & Friends, Durti-Ryce featuring Deron, and Gee Mack & Asia Raye with THC and DJ Bad Boy.

This is live music, good food, and a full day built for the Inland Empire to come together — to celebrate in our own backyard.

Whether you’ve been here your whole life or you’re part of one of the surrounding cities that make this region what it is, you’re welcome here. This is your festival too.
