This is how we camp in Italy, we have a chef cooking for us six days, I decided to mind my own business and let him do the cooking. It’s killing me, so I am just going to enjoy my camping experience.

It’s Saturday morning 7:30am, I got home yesterday a little tired, I’m rested now and I’m catering a birthday party, yes Italian, no this recipe is not from anything I learned in Italy, it’s mama Elizabeth Betty Bertrand. I lived with the Bertrand family from my age of twelve and mama put her whole heart into teaching me everything about Italian Cuisine, at the age of thirteen I was cooking dinner for 7 kids and mama and daddy Bertrand, todays menu will be exactly as mana would expect me to follow. Oh! It’s my Chris Ryan’s birthday. Happy birthday Chris.
