Amal Kassir Amal Kassir | أمل قصير is a powerful Syrian-American poet, storyteller, and voice for justice whose words have inspired audiences around the world.

I first came across Amal through a screen, captivated by her passion, authenticity, and the way she speaks truth with both strength and grace. I remember thinking how incredible it would be to one day meet her in person.

That moment became reality when Amal joined one of our early coffee and arts meetups. What started as admiration quickly grew into a meaningful connection and collaboration. Since then, she has become an integral part of our journey—joining us as a featured speaker in both our first and second talent shows, and as a main featured artist at the grand opening of The Rumman Room.

We are truly grateful to have such genuine, impactful talent within our community. Amal, thank you for being part of our growth every step of the way. Insha’Allah, many more beautiful moments and events to create together.
