As wedding season approaches I have listed a few key elements to help with your planning

- Base your special day off your needs and not the needs of your guest
- Set a budget & please be sure that your expectations/budget match
- Refrain from social media trends (refer to #2)
- If you are not comfortable with spending $$$$$ be honest with yourself and have a longer engagement or minimize guest count
- Hire a professional (Very important)
- Please be sure that you have contracts for ALL vendors and that all contracts have a Covid clause. Although the vendors may not offer refunds please be sure that it has an option to transfer retainers and payment to a new date
- Mothers traditionally plan/host your bridal shower they traditionally invite all women on the guest list. This isn't your make buddy's +1... This is an actual name female guest, like your husband's cousin.
- Maids/Matrons of Honor traditionally plan/host bachelorette party...
- Please please be mindful of your relationships with your bridal party. Although this is YOUR wedding is a disagreement about expectations worth more than your friendship
- Be considerate of the funds and time of your bridal party.
