I've been in the food, primarily offsite catering, industry for around 13 years and the two thing that excited me the most about it was watching all the details evolve into an amazing day and the food that should always come along with any good party!! Nothing gets me more excited than seeing beautiful presentation, amazing flavors and watching other talk about it. As much as I loved the catering

world, I was ready for a change. I was already planning quite a few of the weddings we catered because I was just that OCD about the details. (I can't help it!) so I decided to change things up and focus on the parts of this job I loved; the planning and guiding people towards an amazing food and craft cocktails. If there isn't a niche for it...there should be right? So here I go.....
