Our courses included

1st. Smoked Elote; Smoked Corn Puree, Crispy Pork Belly, Chili and lime.

2nd. Smoked Tomato Bisque; Fregola, wintergreens, crispy tomato skin, herb oil.

3rd. Grilled Radicchio Salad; Charred citrus vinaigrette, frisee, hazelnut, radish, onion ash.

4th.Salmon in Three Stages; Beet cured salmon, fennel relish, smoked salmon gremolata, blackened salmon with creme fraiche.
