🎉 It' baaaaaack!!! Sunset Yoga returns to the farm starting tonight, March 23rd, at 7 pm. 🤗

As the day softens and the light begins to shift, gather in the open air to joyfully move, intentionally breathe, and mindfully turn within. These hourlong, all-level outdoor classes are an invitation to slow down and root into our outer and inner landscape. While immersed in nature, together we’ll cultivate a deeper connection to the earth beneath us, the sky above, and ourselves. Each class is designed to be accessible and nourishing, offering space for both strengthening and unwinding.
Come as you are. Ages 16 and up. This occurs outside, dress for the weather. Bring a yoga mat and water, and a towel and/or blanket if you can, and anything else to be comfortable. There is access to cover if needed during rainy weather, these will only be canceled if weather is inclement or dangerous.
