We are looking for a successful and enthusiastic event planner to produce events from conception through to completion. Event coordinator responsibilities include providing outstanding customer service and organizing memorable events that meet quality expectations. On the job training.

Responsibilities:

- Event planning, design and production while managing all project delivery elements within time limits
- Liaise with clients to identify their needs and to ensure customer satisfaction
- Conduct market research, gather information and negotiate contracts prior to closing any deals
- Provide feedback and periodic reports to stakeholders
- Propose ideas to improve provided services and event quality
- Organize facilities and manage all event’s details such as decor, catering, entertainment, transportation, location, invitee list, special guests, equipment, promotional material etc
- Ensure compliance with insurance, legal, health and safety obligations
Specify staff requirements and coordinate their activities
Cooperate with marketing and PR to promote and publicize event
- Proactively handle any arising issues and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day
- Conduct pre- and post – event evaluations and report on outcomes
- Research market, identify event opportunities and generate interest

Skills:

- Excellent time management and communication skills
- Sales skills and ability to build productive business relationships
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently
- Google Doc and Email efficiency

Where to begin….. it’s been weighing heavy on us here at Timeless Events on what the people of Ukraine are fighting for and against the last few weeks. Following the news and hearing about the bombings of innocent lives being lost is truly heart breaking.

The dress you see me wearing (owner of Timeless Events) on my wedding day is a Wona Concept. The dress was handmade in the Ukraine just a little over a year ago. And then just a few weeks ago as the war for Ukraine was starting I received a housewarming present from my sister and brother in-law. It was a custom made wooden map that was made in Ukraine and ordered before Christmas. These precious items that will be cherished for years and hopefully generations of our family are now symbols to us of a country that gives so much joy and heartwarming gifts to the world.

We have been at a lost of how to help another country, asking ourselves how can a couple of women from a town in NC really help or provide any type of relief to those on the other side of the world. And while we feel it doesn’t even compare to what it is needed Timeless Events will be donating 10% of all earnings from now until the end of April (or until the war has come to an end) to the people of Ukraine. Our earnings on existing contracts and new bookings will go directly to the organization Direct Relief] who as of today has supplied 48 tons of medical aid to Ukraine.

We took a week to reflect back on how absolutely wonderful Molly + Krishna’s wedding was this past Saturday at Market Hall] . In all honesty I didn’t want to post this because it means our relationship as planner and bride-groom has come to an end. 😢

When we say a wedding could not have gone more perfectly… we mean it!

Baraat to start at 3:30 pm ✔️
Ceremony to start at 4:00 pm ✔️
Flip ceremony to reception by 7:00 pm ✔️
Bride + Groom entrance by 7:15 pm ✔️
Cake cutting by 8:45 pm ✔️
Sparklers lit for 230 ppl in 30 seconds ✔️

Molly + Krish we’re the dream couple! The couple that every wedding planner hopes to have. While they are enjoying some much deserved honeymoon time we just want to take a second to thank them for allowing us to smile, laugh, and at times cry on their wedding day. It was all the feels!

Our journey with them is not complete! See you for drinks when you get back 😉
