CALLING ALL PHOTOGRAPHERS📸

Visit the Link in our bio to celebrate 150 years of All Saints Chapel with a fun, one-of-a-kind Photo Contest—whether you’ve captured its beauty before or have always wanted the chance, this is your moment to explore and shoot inside this historic gem!

On Tuesday, July 22, 2025, we’re inviting photographers inside for a special 150th Anniversary Photo Contest. With no clients, guests, or event to shoot, you’ll have the rare chance to slow down and capture the quiet beauty of the chapel in your own style.

Photographers will sign up for 30-minute time slots with full access to the interior and exterior, styled to reflect its historic charm—including a modern take on the greenery from the archival photo below. Recreate the vintage image or make it a modern masterpiece. The best will be determined by our voters!

Our team will choose standout images to feature in a social media vote—purely to share the creativity and celebrate the chapel’s charm with our community.

Winners will receive:

FIRST PLACE• $150 Empire Eats Gift Card (valid at The Pit, Sitti, Gravy, Raleigh Times, The Morning Times, and Mecca)• Featured and credited on the All Saints Chapel website and social media
SECOND PLACE• $50 Empire Eats Gift Card• Featured and credited on social media
THIRD PLACE• $25 Empire Eats Gift Card• Featured and credited on social media

How to Participate: Register for your time slot on Eventbrite (link in bio) with your contact info. We’ll follow up with day-of instructions, the historical photo option for reinterpretation, and submission guidelines.

This is a fun and meaningful way to honor the past while creating something new. Whether you're building your portfolio or just love capturing historic beauty, we can’t wait to see All Saints through your eyes.

Being only 1 of 2 gothic carpenter revival style glass works in Raleigh, the stained glass artwork at All Saints Chapel is not only a guest favorite, but a local landmark.

Fun Fact: While both stained glass pieces are original to the chapel, the front edifice piece was made at the chapel's founding in 1875 while the larger central piece was constructed in the early 1890s after the congregation hosted a series of fundraisers.

I personally love the wide use of colors included in each piece which was very uncommon for the time of construction as well. We at All Saints Chapel are proud to house this piece of local history!
