Inspired by authentic Colombian culture and family-rooted recipes, our menu brings vibrant tropical flavors and elevated beverage experiences to weddings, celebrations, and events across North Carolina.

This brand is incredibly special to us because it blends modern event aesthetics with authentic cultural influence, creating an experience that feels elevated and personal. We are so excited to officially introduce the newest sister company to Snow & Co. Weddings + Events… The Salted Strawberry Grazing Co. 🍓✨

What started as a love for creating beautiful experiences through weddings and events has grown into something even bigger, a catering company focused on elevated grazing, charcuterie and thoughtfully curated food displays designed to bring people together.

The Salted Strawberry Grazing Co. specializes in luxury grazing tables, charcuterie, beautifully styled meal displays, desserts and elevated cart experiences for everything from intimate gatherings to large celebrations, corporate events and everyday occasions.

We are incredibly excited to begin sharing our creations with a new audience and continuing to create meaningful experiences with both familiar and new faces as we officially launch into the public space as a catering company.

Wedding season is in full swing for Snow & Co Weddings + Events, and we are incredibly grateful to be serving so many amazing couples with back-to-back weddings this month! 🤍

As rehearsal week approaches for many of our brides and grooms, we wanted to share a few “tricks of the trade” to help make your wedding rehearsal run as smoothly and seamlessly as possible. A well-organized rehearsal creates confidence, keeps everyone relaxed, and helps your wedding day flow beautifully from start to finish.

From lining up the processional to practicing special ceremony moments, the little details truly make the biggest difference. Your rehearsal is not just a walkthrough, it’s the foundation for a seamless ceremony experience.

• Practice the processional order + walking pace
• Make sure everyone knows exactly where to stand
• Teach the bridal party what to do with their hands & bouquets
• Walk through vows, rings, microphones, and timing slowly
