No-Bake Chocolate Chia Coconut Power Drops 🍫🥥
Need a quick boost of energy that tastes like dessert but fuels like a snack? These no-bake power drops are packed with fiber, protein, and rich chocolate flavor—perfect for busy days or post-workout bites!
Ingredients:
* 1 cup rolled oats
* ½ cup chia seeds
* ½ cup unsweetened shredded coconut
* ½ cup almond butter
* ¼ cup honey or maple syrup
* ¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
* ½ tsp vanilla extract
* ¼ tsp salt
* Optional: ¼ cup dark chocolate chips
Instructions:
1️⃣ In a large bowl, mix together the oats, chia seeds, coconut, cocoa powder, and salt until evenly combined.
2️⃣ In another bowl, blend almond butter, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla until smooth.
3️⃣ Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until everything sticks together nicely. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
4️⃣ Roll the mixture into 1-inch balls using your hands, or press it into a lined pan to cut into squares later.
5️⃣ Arrange the balls or bars on a parchment-lined tray.
6️⃣ Chill in the fridge for at least 30 minutes before enjoying.
