Started off a wonderful Memorial Day weekend of Love with this Rehearsal Dinner for Joe & Mary Katherine at the Merrimon-Wynne Carriage House. First course of Fresh Baby Lettuces with Seared Sirloin with Tomato-Balsamic Jam, Roasted Golden Tomato, Shaved Parmesan Curls. Entree was a Pan Roasted North Atlantic Cod over Yukon Gold Potato-Parsnip Puree, Corn and Clam Chowder Sauce, Knot of Chinese Long Beans. our Devils Food Cake with Milk Chocolate Frosting served with Ginger Ice Cream made for a perfectly sweet ending. Thanks to a great team of wedding pros!....CERental, Kelly Odom Floral, Ed Stephenson and the Paco Band, Merrimon-Wynne House. And of course, the incredible culinary team and service staff at Mitchell's Catering!
