Earlier this month was the last cooking class of the year sponsored by and we had blast! 🎉 The holidays tend to bring lots of heavy apps, so I shared healthier twists on some favorites: avocado deviled eggs, LeanBack soul rolls fried in a healthier oil, oatmeal energy bites, and spinach artichoke dip. Great food, great energy, great time!
