Waiting for your baby to arrive is such a beautiful contradiction. You can feel so ready for it to be over while also wanting to soak in every last flutter and every quiet moment of magic.

This mama felt every bit of that and all she had to do was show up. We dressed her in something sweet and simple from the studio wardrobe, just what she envisioned for her third baby and her very first time having maternity photos taken.

My heart behind every session is to make things feel easy and effortless for busy mothers which is why my light filled centrally located Raleigh photo studio is designed for comfort calm and care. If you are in this season too these are the days you will want to remember forever.

Full Session vs. Mini Session… what’s the real difference?

Time.

More time to plan.
More time for your kiddos (and you!) to warm up.
More time to play.

That extra time = the candid, natural, soulful images that tell your story, not just the posed ones.

Mini sessions are great for a quick update (hello, holiday cards 👋), but full sessions are where the magic really happens.

These images were taken during The Known Workshop with — such a good reminder to keep learning, growing, and stretching as both an artist and business owner.

One of my favorite things about this work is that there’s always room to grow.

I recently spent time learning from the incredibly talented , who not only inspired me to try new things but also gave me the space to make it my own. Stepping outside of my comfort zone is where I find new sparks of creativity — the kind that help me tell your stories with even more heart.

I’m so grateful to do what I love and to keep finding ways to serve the families who trust me with their most meaningful moments.
