During the African American Cultural Festival - Raleigh NC, Dynasty5 had the honor of receiving the 2026 AACF Dr. James West Trailblazer Award, and we’re still taking it all in.

For nearly 30 years, our mission has been bigger than throwing great events. It’s been about creating experiences that bring people together, celebrating our culture, supporting local talent and businesses, giving back, and creating memories that last long after the music stops.

We’re incredibly grateful to AACF for recognizing that work and honoring Dynasty 5 as a Trailblazer.

Thank you to everyone who has supported, partnered, attended, danced, celebrated and grown with us over the years. You’re part of this recognition, too.

We appreciate the flowers, but we’re nowhere near finished.

Here’s to continuing to build, create, give back and move the culture forward.

Close to 30 years in…and there’s still more work to do.
