We’ve been a little quiet on here lately, but trust us—we’ve been BUSY! 😂💚

We’re working on catching up with posts from all the events we’ve been part of, and here’s the first one!

We’re so happy to be back working with First Flight Venture Center! 🙌

For this event, we provided a small stage, lectern, and AV support—including connecting into the venue’s existing TVs so presentations could be both seen and heard across multiple rooms. 🎤📺

Sometimes it’s the behind-the-scenes technical details that make the biggest difference, helping everyone stay connected and engaged no matter which room they’re in.

Thanks to First Flight Venture Center for having us back. We always appreciate the opportunity to work together again! 💚

We haven’t posted in a bit… and honestly, fall has been keeping us VERY busy. 😂🍂

The start of fall is always a whirlwind around here, with lots of early mornings, late nights, and plenty of events in between. We may have missed grabbing photos or videos of some of the events we’ve been working on, but we’ll share those with you as soon as we can!

In the meantime, we’re excited to share that one of our weddings was just featured in Wed Society’s “Vows That Wow: September Edition”! 💍✨

Our favorite part: "Overhead, Heron Events created a magical, romantic atmosphere with an ethereal display of fairy lights that illuminated the space." We also provided pin spotlighting to make the cake and floral arrangements really glow.

It’s always exciting to see our couples’ celebrations featured, and we’re thrilled to see this one get its moment in the spotlight.

Early Sunday morning? Yep, we were already loading in. ☀️💡

This time, we were headed to the Carriage House at Merrimon-Wynne House to install a ceiling full of our signature twinkle lights for a wedding. ✨

But this install came with a little milestone of its own: for the first time ever, we had TWO twinkle light installations happening for weddings on the same weekend! 🎉

Which, of course, meant we needed a whole lot more light strings. 😂 So yes… we bought a bunch of new ones to keep up with the overlapping requests!

It’s a pretty great problem to have—and we're excited to see our twinkle light installations keeping us this busy. 💚✨

It feels like we were just here… oh wait, we were! 😂💚

Here's a view from the top of the ladder as we install the twinkle lights, with some added shots of installing the pin spotlights.

There’s something pretty special about being invited back by clients and vendors who know and trust our work. This time, we were back at Carolina Country Club for another wedding, once again installing our signature twinkle lights over the dance floor and pinspotting the cake and floral arrangements. ✨🌸

Same venue, some familiar lighting, and another beautiful celebration. We’re always grateful when people choose to work with us again—it’s one of the best parts of what we do. 🥰

Here’s to the repeat clients, repeat venues, and relationships that keep bringing us back!

You’ve seen us sharing posts from all of our friendors involved, but now it’s time for our version! 👀✨

Watch Forest Hall at Chatham Mills transform from an empty hall into a bustling main event! 🎥

Hosted by Wed Society and featuring our Dandelion Chandeliers (as well as uplighting and pin spotting on the florals/greenery), this event included a styled photoshoot, a venue open house, and a Connect event where a panel of local business owners shared their experiences and thoughts on current wedding trends.

We had so much fun spending three days working alongside our new friendors—from right here in the Triangle to as far away as Charleston—to transform the space. 💚

And now that the setup is done, we're especially excited to see how that styled shoot turned out! 📸✨

Your stage is more than just a platform.

✨ The setup is almost ready for its close-up!

There’s a lot that goes on behind the scenes to create the finished look—and tomorrow, you’ll get to see how it all came together!

Lighting included our signature twinkle lights over the dance floor, pin spotlights on all the floral arrangements, and uplighting insde and outside the venue.
