A day spent with wedding pros talking shop, swapping ideas, and eating good food? Count us in. 🥂💍✨

We had a great time yesterday at State of the Wedding Industry, followed by the Mastermind Dinner hosted by The Wedding Masterclass.

We toured the gorgeous Skyroom NC, sampled some amazing local vendors, talked about the challenges we're facing this season, shared ideas, and brainstormed ways we can collaborate and support each other moving forward. 🤝💡

And honestly, sometimes it's just nice to step away from the business for a bit and spend time with people who get it. ❤️

We were honored to help light up Triangle NACE's Perfect Pairings: Around the Glampfire! 🏕️✨🌈

We provided lighting and A/V support as a sponsor for this fun-filled fundraiser at the beautiful Millbrook Manor benefiting the Crape Myrtle Festival, bringing together local event professionals for an evening of great food, drinks, community, and plenty of fabulous entertainment. 💖

What does event production look like during the slow season? 🔧🎭

For us, it's maintenance time.

This week, we're pulling stage panels out of storage for a complete refresh—power washing, repainting, replacing worn hardware, making repairs, and retiring any panels whose wood has reached the end of its service life. 🛠️

And while we're at it, we're giving our truck a much-needed spa day, too. 🚛💦 After a busy season of hauling staging, lighting, and event equipment all over the state, it deserves a thorough power wash before the next round of events.

Behind every successful event is equipment that's been properly maintained. Taking the time to inspect and service our inventory—and the truck that gets it there—means everything is safe, reliable, and ready for the busy season ahead.

It's not the most glamorous part of the job... but it's one of the most important. 💪✨

We had such a great time at the Heart of NC Weddings Annual Mixer! 🥂✨

This year's event was especially meaningful as it celebrated 40 years of Heart of NC Weddings showcasing the creativity, talent, and passion of local wedding professionals while connecting engaged couples with the incredible vendors who help bring their dream weddings to life. 💍❤️

It was wonderful catching up with familiar faces, meeting new industry friends, and celebrating the amazing community that makes North Carolina's wedding industry so special. Events like these remind us that while we may all have different specialties, we're united by a shared goal: creating unforgettable experiences for our couples.

Congratulations to Heart of NC Weddings on this incredible milestone, and here's to many more years of supporting local wedding professionals and the couples they serve! 🥂🎉
