Sam and Alex’s wedding was perfect: classic and full of meaning. 💕

It was soft and intentional from start to finish - pastel florals, string music floating through the air during the ceremony, and a delicious plated meal from .

Sam wore a dress that felt classic in the best way, and Alex looked so sharp in his tux. They had a private first look, a really personal ceremony, and a dance floor that didn’t let up all night. 🕺🏻

We loved every minute of planning this one. It was romantic and warm and full of joy - and we were so honored to be a part of it (and to get to know these two amazing humans over 18 months of planning)! 🤍

Some couples bring such an easy sense of style to their day - nothing forced, nothing overdone. Izzie’s look was timeless but modern, Cesar’s green suit and floral lapel added that little twist, and the bouquet pulled it all together with soft peach and ivory tones. Understated elegance, in the coolest way 🧨

The Rooted + Refined open house in April gave us the perfect opportunity to think up some dreamy details: “tree” centerpieces, a garden-style bridal purse, signature sips, and textured paper goods to name just a few!

It was one of those spaces that you just want to linger in for a little longer - full of not just beauty, but genuine connection. It was a beautiful day pulling this all together with an incredible vendor team, and the best part is knowing how many more celebrations are yet to come in the space! 🥂

There’s just something about a spring wedding that hits different - the sunshine, the flowers in full bloom, and the easy, joyful feeling that comes with the season. 🌸 This day at the Carolina Inn was no exception: a perfect blend of refined elegance and little personal touches that told T + A’s story in the most thoughtful way.

From a custom bolero made from lace to an invitation suite in rich navy that set the tone for everything that followed, every detail was carefully chosen and deeply meaningful. The bride carried a bouquet of delicate lily-of-the-valley and a live violinist and pianist duo from set the scene for a ceremony that felt classic and timeless. Nantucket nods (a hint to the bride’s island hometown 🐚) peeked through in the woven baskets, while pastel florals tied it all together.

By the time the nine-piece band took over the tent and guests hit the dance floor, the night was alive with laughter and that sweet spring energy that you just can’t bottle up. The PERFECT day. 🤍

This day felt like a perfect marriage of classic garden party style and deeply personal touches… because it WAS! Held at one of the grooms’ childhood homes in Lexington (AKA the BBQ capital of the world 🐖), the entire celebration was a love letter to home and heritage. The invitation suite even gave a cheeky nod to the hometown with a little pig cutout, a wink to the BBQ feast at their rehearsal dinner.

They said “I do” under a white lattice gazebo (designed by one of the Davids - they’re both architects!), then brought in one of their favorite NYC DJs to turn the reception into an unforgettable dance party under the clear top tent (and , it was truly unforgettable) 🪩

Proof that the best weddings are the ones where the couple’s personality shines through every detail - and where the love and support is palpable. 🥰

Whether you are walking your baby down the aisle or fixing their tie, giving an unforgettable toast, or tearing it up on the dance floor - we are so grateful to witness these moments and the love and joy you bring into them.
