First of all we want to thank all of you for embracing us and what we stand for while making us one of Raleigh's top houseplant shops! Spring is here and we are so excited to see all of you at Urban Pothos growing your indoor jungles. Now a bit of news! We are expanding the store to include all kinds of houseplant necessities including plastic and nursery pots, soil mixes, tools, and more. So, yes, that's right, the store is about to be a lot bigger!

Plant Consultations

We know it can be difficult to figure out what plants work best in your space. That's why we offer in-home consultations. An in-home plant consultation means we come to your home, check out your space, and make recommendations on the types of plants, plant placement, as well as give you advice on how best to take care of the plants your already have. We'll even send you a list of plants that will work best in your home afterward.

Plant Consultation Includes:
- A member of our staff coming to your home for the consultation.
- An assessment of your space for light conditions and humidity levels.
- Plant recommendations for your space.
- Advice about your current plants and their care.
Add-ons Include:
- A custom plant order and delivery.
- In-home repotting service.
- In-home plant pest treatment.

Philodendron ruizii is a fairly a unique variety not commonly found in stores. The leaves are elongated and massive giving a hi t of drama to any pony collection. We only have one of these gorgeous girls in the shop waiting for the right collector. (It comes at a rare plant prices just so ya know)

Sansevieria Zulu is a hard to find variety of snake plant with very dark, straight growing leaves which, to us, look like Zulu warrior spears. This regal plant adds a modern touch to any space and is super easy to care for. We have two of these 8-inch pots in the shop now.
