When vendors finally get a quick break to grab a bite, it’s usually in record time — faster than any drive-thru! 😂 Most of us barely get to sit down before we’re back on our feet keeping your day running smoothly.

Here’s a little behind-the-scenes truth 👇🏾

🎧 Your DJ can’t leave the station — they’re managing the music and announcing tables for dinner.
📸 Your photographer might be scarfing down a meal just before the next set of special dances.
💐 Your coordinator (hi, that’s us!) is likely checking in with vendors, confirming transitions, or ensuring the couple is actually taking a moment to eat too!

We are so grateful when couples include vendor meals — it’s a small gesture that makes a big difference on a long day full of magic, movement, and memories.
