Our passion is to catch the vision of each bride and design exactly what they want with minimal inpu I love designing flowers and making my brides happy.
(3)
I started my company in 2006 in Oklahoma City, and have since moved to Raleigh, NC. You will notice as you look the images on my website there is a broad spectrum of styles. This is because not every style is for every bride. My goal is to discover your personality and style, then craft that into stunning floral designs. I love details, whether it is adding special accents to boutonnieres and cors
ages or making special wraps for the bouquets. I look forward to discussing your dreams for your wedding day!

I'm sure many of you have seen my story. I also have to share a post from he and he and his wife Jacey's wedding in 2021.
If you missed the story...
My youngest brother was diagnosed with T-cell accute lymphatic leukemia. They transferred him 3 hrs away to Columbia, MO. He will have 6 months of intense Chemo and then 2 more years of treatment. (Thank to those of you who donated to his gofund.me)
These images are from their wedding which was covid postponed. Then one month before their wedding their venue contacted them and told them they would have to get married on Friday not Saturday because they double booked.
My younger sister and I got together and planned their wedding on her property in front of their pond. I found rentals and did the flowers, she prepped the food and took their pictures while other family members helped with the rest of the food prep and set the tables.
The last image shows his heart. He took their sweetheart flowers and placed them at our maternal grandparents grave site.

This was my brother and sister-n-laws welcome sign with their May 2020 date on it. So I covered the date and surprised them with this arrangement for the front of their sweetheart table.
For those of you that noticed, the taper candles hadn't been put in place when this picture was taken.

This week I'm in Illinois designing flowers for my brother's wedding. There venue ended up double booking weddings, so my sister and I are pulling together a wedding for them on her property in front of their pond. I can't wait to share the pictures with you.

So many weddings this past year have been postponed or cancelled. Thankful Kelsey and Ed were stil able to have a intimate ceremony with a few family and friends.
The day changed a bit from the original plan. Hurricane Delta decided to show up, it poured all day. So the whole wedding was under a tent rather than having a view of the Smoky Mountains in the background.
After the ceremony we move the arbor into the rain so family and friend could have their pictures taken with the bride and groom.

It is fun to create different backdrops for ceremonies. Anywhere from a simple and clean backdrop to extravagant statement pieces.

Right now this is my most viewed and pinned image on Pinterest. I wonder if it has anything to do with color of the year.

This passed week I did something a little different for a neighbor's memorial service. He was an avid fisherman. So I created a pond of hydrangea and added some of his fishing lures to the branches. @ Raleigh, North Carolina

Thank you for all the comments on our previous post. At this time it looks like center vase has the most votes.
In this picture this is the vase we will be replacing. It has served us well for 12 years.

Looking to purchase new elevated vases. Which do you like best Left, Center, Right?

Kelly wanted a full table with lots of candle light. So we went with garland accented with flowers, brass candlesticks mixed with floating candles, pillar candles, and gold mercury votives.

04/23/2018
Confession, I'm having a hard time trying to decide which images to share with you from Saturday's wedding. There might be a few more post than usual this week.

Wiring 80+ succulents for a wedding this weekend. Can't wait to share more pictures.

I met with a bride this week that would like to incorporate peacock feathers in her bouquet. As we looked for inspiration, everything was modern and bright.
Here is the mock-up I designed for her. I can't wait to hear back from her. Hopefully we will be able to add white anemones; we weren't able to get them for the mock-up.

02/10/2018
The instructions on my paperwhites said to grow them inside, but I chanced it and planted them in our yard. They are the first thing to bloom this "spring". A unique addition to a bridal bouquet or centerpieces.

GIVE AWAY postponed.... will start Jan 24th
Last Saturday we received a call to see if we could care for 3 adorable children, twin 5 yr olds and a 18 mo old, while the mom could get some things in order. Not ever having kids on our own. Let's say life has been interesting this last week. Tis a bit more challenging to run a business with little ones running around. Hats off to all mother's who run businesses out of their homes.

01/09/2018
Today we celebrate 12 years of business and our 3rd anniversary of life in North Carolina. We look forward to doing our first give away next week. Be on the lookout and share with your North Carolina friends.

Christmas if over and the house feels so bare. Choosing a woodsy warm coffee table theme. Probably will be tweaking it over the next few days. I think I want to add some moss around the candles.

12/25/2017
Wishing you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year! Hope everyone has a wonderful time with family.
