🍓 I saw this claim and it made me stop and think..

As someone who is a first time gardener growing my own food, harvesting these strawberries from my garden hit a little different. ❤️🌱

Whether this specific claim is accurate or not, its a reminder why I started gardening in the first place, to know where my family’s food comes from, reduce our exposure to unnecessary chemicals when possible, and teach my kids that fresh food can come from our own backyard.

Nothing tastes better than food you grew yourself. 🍓🌿
