After posting one of our gift boxes on Facebook marketplace, we had a certain individual contact us threatening to tell “SoCal Succulents” about the fact that we were using their business name and sticker in order to promote our gift boxes. While we appreciate this individual’s diligence, we want to remind you all that we are the only “SoCal Succulents” around 🙂
This individual mentioned “California Greenhouse” as the owner of SoCal Succulents, This is also incorrect. California Greenhouse owns a branch called ‘OC Succulents’....NOT “SoCal Succulents.” Our business name is registered and trademarked with the United States Patent and Trademark office.
If any individuals DO happen to see another company using the name ‘SoCal Succulents’, we appreciate them bringing it to our attention so that we can make these companies aware that they are infringing upon a live and active trademark, and give them the chance to change their business name 🙂
