Hi there this is a friendly reminder about our upcoming August dance in Rainbow City on Saturday August 16, 2025.
This months theme is
Summer’s Last Picnic with decorations by Ginger and Alan Ross. Bring along a snack and join us if you can. Amy Hardy is providing the music this month and will be giving a lesson from 6:00-7:00.

Hello my dance friends! 💃🕺 Our next dance is this Saturday, May 17th. Looking forward to seeing you there! 💛 Amy Hardy of Abracadabra Ballroom Dancing will be playing the music for this dance, as well as teaching the lesson.

The theme for the dance is "May Flower" 💐 and attire will be "dressy casual." Join us for a fun night of dancing and socializing - it's a great idea for a date night! ❤️

Be sure to invite your friends and if you don't know how to dance yet, join us anyway because we have a lesson before the dance. 🙂 You can test out your new dance moves after the lesson, when you stay for the dance. At Northeast Alabama Ballroom Dance Society, our mission is to promote the art of ballroom dancing. We provide a welcoming environment for dancers of all skill levels to learn and enjoy the beauty of dance.

Don't miss this tomorrow night!! It's going to be so much fun!!!

We have a wonderful surprise for our dance in April on April 19th. We were able to get Carol and John of the Tradewinds to play for the dance! This is going to be a special treat and I know that you are all looking forward to it.

We wanted to let you know about it with lots of time ahead so that you can be sure to put it on your calendars and make sure you'll be there. Looking forward to seeing you this Saturday as well!

Hello everyone! It's that time -- dance night is this Saturday!

“Valentine’s” 💓

Our February dance will be this Saturday, February 15th at the Rainbow City Community Center.

Amy Hardy of Abracadabra Ballroom Dancing will start her lesson at 6pm. Music starts at 7pm AND it will be Buck 45 with our own Joe Ricketts! Don’t miss it!

Sheila and Joe Ricketts will be decorating with a “Valentine’s” theme. The dress code will be dressy casual.

It's that time...time for our Christmas Dance!!! It will take place on Saturday, December 21st - tickets are on sale now for $35. There will be a buffet dinner, live music, party gifts and door prizes.

The band for the evening will be Alabama Rain - this will be their full band and we are looking forward to seeing them!

Dinner starts at 6pm and the music will begin at 7pm. This is one of our best dances of the year - we hope you can join us! Amy Hardy will have tickets at Abracadabra Ballroom Dancing Studio - you can reach out to her at the studio or private message us here to get your tickets.
