CLEANSE IN 72 HOURS {JUICE CLEANSE}

I was found this great (3) day juice cleanse this morning from A Little Dash of Darling. I think it is a great juice cleanse and well put together. I am making some extra suggestions for supporting the detoxification pathways for cellular regeneration.

1. Drink at least 2 LITERS of clean water during the day with 2 tsp sea salt and raw honey and juice from (2) lemons.
2. I also suggest adding (4) ounces of coconut water through out the day for essential electrolytes and minerals {for adrenal health}.
4. (1) epsom salt bath per night - 1/2 cup epsom salt's and lavendar drops in the bath
5. End the night with rubbing coconut oil on your feet with magnesium oil (my favorite is made by Ancient Minerals)
