First, thanks to the Honeycutt Elementary for allowing us to support STEM night this past Thursday.

And another special thanks to the ROOTS Mentoring Program for giving us an opportunity to support its Family Field Day at the Walker Spivey Recreation Center today.

The weather is nice, so we’re going to offer food service at the Tractor Supply Co at 8000 Raeford Rd for a couple of hours before we have time off for a couple of days.

For today’s menu, come try our Chef’s Sliders and Gourmet Hot Dog (featuring a Caprese-style Chicken Sausage).

Planning ahead for the Summer months, we’re slowing introducing more “Street Bites” for our customers to enjoy.

Our first version of Spam Musubi is a Hawaiian-inspired delight with our unique twist. More versions to come!

And we’re bringing back Lumpia (i.e. egg rolls) as a complimentary piece to our other dishes. A customer favorite!

We had a wonderful time this Saturday in Kinston, NC supporting the Karate Madness Open Championship on 22 March.

Competitors from various martial arts disciplines put forth their best efforts in front of a tremendous audience in Weapons Kata, Kata, and Kumite!

In the mean time, Best Enough will not stage outside the Vitamin Shoppe in Fayetteville, NC tomorrow since we’ll be out-of-town.

Stay-tuned to learn where we may stage next to taste our menu line-up. In this post, we feature our Sweet and Spicy Chicken and Korean Beef Tacos :)
