This is what our daughter Courtney prepared using locally butchered meat and farmer's market veggies: two braised lamb shanks with polenta from scratch, fresh sweet corn and a red onion from a small Amish fresh produce store on the side of the road. It was a great experience for her.

We taught her well 😃.

A tasty brisket with a garnishment of cut from the backyard mini-garden fresh rosemary and basil 😃.

Tuesday - Thank to Tara Rachelle at the new Aspire Day School in Radcliff for requesting the catering services of Tabletop Cuisine, LLC.

Also, much appreciation to fellow caterer and friend Aundra Lett-Jackson for her contribution to the menu. Her baked chicken and gravy was so good and went well with the meatless option needed for the vegetarians in the room 😃.

Announcing our small catering business accreditation by the Better Business Bureau!

Our official packet arrived today after a 12-month look back to check for negative reviews and complaints, evidence of bad business practices, and unsanitary operations.

Wednesday - What a blessing it is to serve our community in this culinary manner. The menu for the Fort Knox Chapter Military Officer Association of America or MOAA was baked porkchops, roasted potatoes, southern style string beans, baked apples and a Hawaii roll. The members provide the appetizers and drinks.

Tonight's guest speaker was Mr. Jim Bradford, Deputy Garrison Commander, U. S. Army Fort Knox. Not present at Tonight's meeting was Colonel Christopher James Ricci, the new Fort Knox Garrison Commander. He will make his way around the area while completing his in-processing tasks.

Thank you to Joyce Kelly, her hubby Mark and the members for repeatedly requesting our catering services.

Saturday - Part 1: Thank you to the Ladies of Doing Something Fun coordinators Connie Campbell, Nora Nunnally, Jackie Collins, and Jeannie Rene Lett for requesting our catering services (Tabletop Cuisine, LLC.) We filled the tummies of women that collectively came together to fellowship, eat, and enjoy the fashion talents of Gwendolyn Thompson-Brashear, Jescanta Lucas, several others, MC Robin G, and local designer Tokie Cummings.

With the assistance of our bew team member Linda Blue, we served homemade Belgium waffles with blueberries, strawberries, and syrup, scrambled eggs cooked on site, bacon, sausage, mini-quiche Loraine and Floretine, and fried potatoes cooked by Aundra Lett-Jackson, who has her own catering business. Additional food was provided several local businesses such as Lee's Chicken and the Fort Knox Commissary Delli.

Today was a good day.
