🌸✨ This morning I had the joy of surprising one of my amazing customers with flowers as she returned to work after maternity leave 💕 She’s a proud mamá of two beautiful girls and her new baby girl and I wanted her to feel celebrated during this transition. Even sweeter the flowers also honor Hispanic Heritage Month 🌺🇲🇽🇵🇷🇨🇴 a reminder to celebrate culture, strength, and the women who inspire us daily.

💖 She’s such a kind, resilient, and beautiful soul watching her balance motherhood, work, and still carrying herself with so much grace is truly inspiring. I’m grateful to have customers like her who remind me daily why community means so much.

I’ve come down with a fever and will not be open until further notice. This was very unexpected, most likely due to the season change. I kindly ask that no messages be sent at this time so I can focus on resting and getting better. Once I’m well enough to reopen, I’ll make a post to let everyone know. I was having some issues with my stove staying lit and my landlord had to fix the gas line earlier. Because of that I’ll be opening later than usual today at 5PM. Thank you so much for your patience and understanding 🙏🏾 Everything will still be made fresh and hot as always. See you at 5!

🔥 FRIDAY UPDATE 🔥

Today is the second to last day of the End of Summer Sale 🦀🦐! Reminder: Tomorrow (Saturday) I’ll be CLOSED for boils because Hibachi is on the menu (preorder only — orders closed Sept 14th). Sunday is the LAST DAY of the sale so make sure you lock in before it’s gone!

A couple quick updates I need y’all to follow:

🚫 No Uber carriers for seafood boils.
The drivers complain, barely want to take the food, and it causes too many issues. If you HAVE to use Uber, you must be present in the car with the driver to pick up your food. Please be considerate and follow this rule, Uber is not equipped for seafood deliveries

⏰ Messaging me before I open slows me down.
Unless it’s a preorder of 4+ boils, please wait until I’m open to message. I’m one person running this whole business, and prep time is already heavy. I put in the work to make graphics, menus, and guides so ordering is simple. Most questions are already answered under my “How to Order” highlight and all over my page. Please take the time to look first before messaging 🙏🏾

✨ Yesterday was Day 2 of the End of Summer Sale and y’all showed up again! I appreciate every order, every share, and all the love 💛 You’re really keeping me busy and I’m so grateful.

Quick notes moving forward: Yesterday I had a cash order that wasn’t picked up. Seafood is expensive and cooked fresh so when that happens it’s a big loss. I’m still accepting cash but please only place a cash order if you’re 100% sure you’ll pick it up. Otherwise I also take Apple Pay, CashApp, and Venmo easy ways to lock in your food. If missed pickups keep happening Imay have to go NO CASH.

📦 If you’re ordering 4+ boils, please preorder the day before or at least a couple hours before I open. It doesn’t mean you have to pay upfront, it just gives me the heads up to prep so your food comes out fresh, hot, and on time.

I’ll be open again today at 5PM sharp, let’s make Day 3 just as strong 🔥
