School is right around the corner!
I've been prepping school bags, sorting through uniforms, and double checking the supplies. The last thing Im worried about is cooking dinner.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Steak and Sausage Cajun Asian Pasta

I had a small sirloin, some smoke sausage, and half a red bell pepper in the fridge, so why not? I cooked everything down together with some basic cajun seasonings and boiled a little pasta on the side. I didnt want the bell peppers cooked down too much because I still wanted a little bit of a crunch. Once everything was cooked to my liking, I drizzled some thia sweet chili sauce (because thats my hyperfixation right now) and a splash of pasta water to deglaze the pan. Once I had a good sauce I dropped in the pasta and mixed it all together. Hope you try it out. ENJOY YOUR DINNER!

I've been working outside in my garden all afternoon and Im exhausted. No way I wanted to spend the next hour cooking dinner. I needed something delicious and simple.

WHAT'S FOR DINNER?

Soda Batter Shrimp ❤️

The batter mixture is just flour, seasonings, & a can of soda. You can use Sprite, 7up, soda water, or ginger ale. Your mixture needs to be thick enough to hold onto the shrimp. It can also be used as a fish batter.

Dinner was ready in just 20 minutes. I ate mine over rice and some sweet thai chili shredded carrots. I even tossed the shrimp in Boom Boom shrimp sauce I buy from Walmart. Enjoy!

WHAT’S FOR DINNER?

Fridge Flatbreads!

We picked up some flatbreads/naan from Walmart. Ivy and I got the garlic naans. Time to use whatever is in the fridge.

💙Jojo enjoyed a simple, pizza-style flatbread with turkey pepperoni. We didn't have pizza sauce, so I used spaghetti sauce instead. He never even noticed!

🧡Konnor went for a pizza-style with turkey pepperoni, but added some slices of charcuterie salami to his. (refuses to be photographed🤦‍♀️)

❤️Ivy didn't want red sauce, so I pulled out some spicy bacon jam. We topped it with leftover cooked chicken thighs, finely cubed pepper jack cheese, and salami (I cut the salami inti tiny pieces so they would crisp up just like bacon!). I finished his with a drizzle of spicy mayo.

💚Mine was absolutely incredible. I used the same spicy bacon jam base and chicken thighs, but since I wanted to go dairy-free, I used dairy-free mozzarella and added some of my homemade basil pesto. After it came out of the oven, I topped it off with fresh slices of avocado. 🤤

WHAT'S FOR DINNER????

Airfryer Salmon Bite Bowls
with jasmine rice, avocado, carrots, cucumbers, and edamame.

Remove the skin and cut your salmon into little cubes. I tossed the bites in a mixture of soy sauce and sweet Thai chili sauce with some salt and garlic powder. Then bake in the airfryer on 400 for 15 minutes. I like to spray a little olive oil on top of the bites when there is about 5 minutes left. I love them crispy. I also like to add a little soy sauce, spicy mayo, yumyum sauce and my sesame seed mix on top of my rice. I peeled the carrots super thin and toss them in the sweet Thai chili sauce and a little yumyum sauce. The cucumbers and edamame are very refreshing and complement the other spices. Plate up your meal and enjoy! ❤️
