Our floral pop-up at was a huge success! Thank you to everyone who came out to support local businesses, especially my friends and family! My favorite part of doing pop-ups is never just selling flowers, but connecting with my community and getting to know all of you. One of the most special moments was seeing my very first bouquet bar client who also happened to be there as a vendor! It was a lovely full-circle moment for me to run into her and her family.

Hi there! It’s been almost a year since I started Marina Floral, and I wanted to take a moment to formally introduce myself and share a little about me in this post 🤗

People do often call me Marina even when I introduce myself or respond to emails as Cindy, so just clearing that up here 😂

One of my favorite things about traveling is seeing how flowers show up in different cultures 🌸

I recently spent an afternoon wandering through the Hong Kong Flower Market in Mong Kok — an area filled with flower shops, plant vendors, and rows of orchids, fresh cuts, and potted plants. What I loved most is that it’s open to everyone. Professional florists source flowers here, but locals and visitors can wander in and buy a single stem, fancy bouquets, or whole bundles.

As a florist, it’s always inspiring to see how flowers are displayed and sold in different parts of the world. And traveling always reminds me how universal flowers are and how special they are to every culture.
