One year ago today, we stood at Ocean View of Nahant getting ready to capture the wedding of Justina & Rik — one of the sweetest couples we’ve ever had the honor of meeting.

Their sweetness wasn’t just in the unexpected thank-you they shared for us and every vendor during their speech. It was in the way they looked at each other… the way they held each other… the vows they exchanged… and the love their family and friends wrapped around them.

Their wedding remains one of the celebrations we’re most proud of — not just because they look beautiful in every single moment, but because they reminded us exactly why this work matters.

Our couple—two astronomy lovers who got engaged at NASA—always dreamed of seeing the northern lights on their wedding day. By fate, they chose us… not knowing we’re also aurora chasers 🌌

That night, we noticed the numbers, the solar activity — something told us to look north. And just as they stepped out for night portraits, the sky began to dance. A once-in-a-lifetime miracle — the northern lights blessing their love. 💜

We stood there in awe, hearts trembling, cameras clicking through tears.
To witness love and the universe align like this… we’ll never forget.
