Hello friends, followers, clients, and everybody!
I am posting this asking for your help. A dear friend and one of Glitter and Gore lead artist is in a serious situation and needs help. Courtney, who is one of the most honest, kind, funny and talented people I've known was recently diagnosed with cancer. She is 32. Courtney was born with one kidney, and recently when being ct scanned for a gastro illness they found a tumor on her only kidney. Luckily it's operable, but the surgery needs to be done stat, or she risks further damage which could result in a life of dialysis.. or worse. She may have to go under the knife within weeks, which leaves her no time to save up for the time off required for the lengthy recovery from a major surgery like this.
I'm trying to gather items for an auction to raise funds for her! The auction is geared mostly toward art related items, but it does not have to be strictly art stuff! Gift cards, collectibles.. anything really! I recently set up a community support page for her, and there's a gofundme for any monetary donations. Courtney didn't think twice to drive from NH to help in various fundraising endeavors with Glitter and Gore for kids programs, cancer research, community programs, and more. I would love to repay that kindness in her hour of need ❤️
