Montana Beef - 🥩

Friends - as many of you know our family farm, Elkhorn Ranch, in Western Washington sold custom locker beef for many, many years until our main supplier in Eastern Washington sold their cattle farm and retired. As such, last year was the first year that we did not sell custom beef packages.

In response to our customers begging us to source custom locker beef for them, we have negotiated a 2026 locker beef purchase from our friends and neighboring ranch in Montana.

This past year, we built a small custom meat operation in Lewistown, Montana and will be taking orders for Half and Whole orders of locker Beef and Pork.

This will not be a large offering and will be on a first come - first serve list. Offerings will be twice a year - Spring and late fall 2026, with a refer transport of your frozen meat to Washington State.

Shout out to our boys Carson & Cole Daniels and Montana Meat Company for their help in making this happen!

There are four purchase options:

1. Whole Beef (custom wrapped and packaged).

2. Half Beef (custom wrapped and packaged).

3. 250 lbs of Hamburger (2lb packages).

4. Whole Pork (custom wrapped and packaged).
