Design details and some of my favorite moments from Nicole & Tyler’s wedding day 💍🕊️🤍

Working alongside these two throughout the design process was an absolute joy. From the very beginning, every meeting was filled with laughter, excitement, and so much genuine fun as we brought their vision to life together. Their vibrant spring color palette paired beautifully with the natural surroundings, creating a day that felt both elegant and effortlessly organic. Thoughtful textures, fresh blooms, and intentional details made every space feel uniquely "them."

One of my favorite parts? Finding ways to include their beloved pets throughout the celebration. From personal touches woven into the design to meaningful nods throughout the day, their furry family members were truly part of the story. 🐾

This is a day I'll forever cherish, and I can't wait to share more from The Flicks' beautiful celebration. ✨

As our company continues to grow and evolve, I knew I wanted to intentionally build a team of women who embody the level of care, creativity, professionalism, and calm presence that our couples deserve on their wedding day — and these girls are exactly that.

I’m so excited to officially welcome these incredible new team members who will be assisting behind the scenes, supporting our couples, and helping bring every celebration to life with excellence and intention. From managing the details to executing the vision flawlessly, this dream team is ready to make magic happen! 🪄

Wedding Coordinator Assistant
You'll be the extra set of hands every wedding day needs
— helping with setup, cleanup, running quick errands, and supporting the coordinator to keep everything flowing seamlessly. Think: fluffing dresses, lighting candles, organizing details, and stepping in wherever needed to make the day feel effortless.🕊️

Requirements:
• Weekend availability (this is a must)
• Reliable transportation
• Event experience preferred, but not required

Perfect for someone wanting to break into the wedding + events industry or looking for hands-on experience/internship in a fast-paced, creative environment.

We're based in the Shenandoah Valley but travel all across Virginia for weddings so this position can for anyone! Just be prepared for lots of beautiful views statewide!
