4 YEARS OF CREATING—

May 30th, 2022, Kevin and I purchased this property with a purpose: to breathe new life into every forgotten corner and, somehow, one day offer its newfound beauty to others… though at the time, we didn’t fully know what that would look like✨

In our first year, we cleared away what had been neglected. Dead vines, overgrown trees, debris and broken things hidden beneath the surface. It was less glamorous than people might imagine, but necessary. Before beauty could bloom, there was work to be done.

In our second year, we opened our newly named LaCasita Hideaway through Airbnb and were deeply moved by the response from our guests. Again and again, people shared that the property carried a feeling that photos alone could not capture. Soon, guests began asking if we would ever consider hosting private celebrations here.

So, slowly and intentionally, we began gifting a few experiences to learn how the property would carry gatherings, conversations, candlelight and memory-making. Somewhere during that season, the space revealed something to us… its quiet ā€œLittle Italyā€ spirit. CafĆ© lights, lingering conversations, family-style tables and an atmosphere that invited people to slow down and savor one another. Project by project, little by little, we are becoming.

In our third year, inquiries for micro-weddings began arriving. After much prayer and thoughtful consideration, we decided to gently dip our toes into this new chapter while beginning the process of pursuing a special use permit.

Now entering our fourth year, Kevin and I remain open-handed and intentional about how best to share what we’ve created. We are not motivated by volume. In fact, we’ve come to love being a bit of a best-kept secret, honoring our guests’ desire for intimate and private celebrations.

What we believe we are creating is something rare:
A space that feels personal.
A space that feels meaningful.
A space where memories are treasured because memories themselves are priceless.

With hearts full of gratitude,
Brenda & Kevin✨

One of the most important investments you can make for your private celebration is choosing a photographer who truly understands Arizona light✨

Desert light is beautiful… but it can also be incredibly harsh and unforgiving in the wrong hands. A skilled photographer knows how to work with the brightness of daytime, chase the warmth of golden hour and transition seamlessly into the soft glow of evening beneath the cafĆ© lights.

At The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd, the property changes throughout the day.
Morning feels fresh and airy.
Golden hour wraps everything in honey tones.
And evenings under the lights carry an entirely different kind of romance.

A photographer who understands light doesn’t just take pictures… they preserve atmosphere, emotion and the feeling of the moment itself.

There’s something quietly beautiful about a fig tree🌿

No flashy blooms begging for attention.
No rush to prove itself.
Just slow, steady growth… broad leaves stretching toward the sun and fruit that arrives in its proper season.

This little fig tree found its place beside The Portico and somehow it already feels like it belongs here. A reminder that the best things often take time… roots first, then fruit.

I can already picture future summers beneath these branches, conversations lingering nearby and guests wandering the garden paths with figs warming in the Arizona sun.

Still small.
Still becoming.
Still full of promise.

An elopement should never feel like settling.

You don’t have to sacrifice beauty, atmosphere or the feeling of a dream location simply because your guest list is intimate.

Sometimes the most meaningful celebrations are the quietest ones… surrounded by golden light, soft music, cafĆ© lights overhead and the people who matter most.

Our Golden Hour Elopement experience was created for couples who want intimacy without giving up romance, charm or intention.

Mon–Thurs
• 1–10 guests
• White covered chairs
• Greenery-lined portico
• Italian music or your personalized playlist drifting through the speakers
• LaCasita access for cake and/or champagne toasts beneath the evening skyšŸ„‚

This past weekend, our long Italian family dining table officially made its debut… and truly, she was a show stopper.

Beneath the cafƩ lights, surrounded by clinking glasses, shared meals and conversations that lingered a little longer, it felt exactly as I had imagined when I first dreamed of creating a slower, more intentional gathering space here at The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd.

There is something deeply beautiful about one long table.

No separation. No rushing.Just people gathered shoulder to shoulder, sharing stories, laughter and moments that matter.

What began as an idea inspired by the spirit of Little Italy and the beauty of gathering around a single table has now come to life here in the Social Garden… and seeing it filled with people made every step worth it.

This space is still becoming.Still growing.Still telling its story.

And somehow, this table already feels like the heart of it all.

One of my treasured Mother’s Day gifts, crafted by none other than my son, made its debut this past weekend at The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd.

What I love most is that it was intentionally designed to be removable, allowing future guests to easily swap in their own personalized sign for weddings, celebrations and gatherings. A small detail that instantly makes each event feel a little more personal… a little more theirs.

Beautifully created by — give them a follow for your future custom wood signs.

Our first Micro-Wedding took place on 5•16•2026 ✨

What makes this especially meaningful is that we stepped into this season slowly and with intention… just as we have with every step since purchasing this property in May of 2022.

Within the boundaries we’ve been given, each couple is invited to savor the day alongside their closest people… unhurried, intimate and full of tender moments beneath the lights.

Each Micro-Wedding offering includes a live violinist and a night stay in LaCasita Hideaway for the couple. And in honoring the privacy of these deeply personal celebrations, we do not share personal wedding photos unless they are gifted to us or we are tagged by the couple or photographer.

Truthfully… we feel like we’re onto something beautiful here.

We provide the space— you create the memories.

Capturing this space before it changesā€¦šŸ“ø

I had originally planned to wait until Fall 2026 to bring the Social Garden famiglia table to life, but after hearing of my 1st bride’s love for terracotta tones… I found myself inspired right alongside her. And truthfully? I already loved the idea, too.

So, plans shifted a little ahead of schedule.

Instead of fencing, I’ll be lining this space with potted rosemary—creating a softer, more natural border beneath the lights. A beautiful detail with purpose, too, as rosemary naturally helps deter the occasional pesky flies that come with living close to some of my favorite neighbors… animals. And honestly, I’ll never apologize for them. Their sounds, their presence, the slow rhythm of country life… it’s all part of The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd.’s charm.

Right now, it’s still in its ā€œbecomingā€ season… pots waiting for placement, textures waiting to gather, a pathway slowly learning the story it’s about to tell.

Soon, beneath these cafƩ lights, the lunga tavola della famiglia will begin welcoming conversations that linger a little longer, shared meals, celebrations and unhurried memories.

Quiet confession… I slipped away for a few days to visit familyšŸ¤

On my last day here in 30A, Florida, we went to the beach and unintentionally caught the closing moments of an elopement.

I didn’t take face-forward photos, choosing to respect their privacy, but I did get to witness the laughter, the tenderness, the photography session afterward and all the little glances that said more than words could.

It felt so personal. So effortless. So perfectly them.

And it gently reaffirmed something in my heart…

Spaces for intimate celebrations matter.
Places where the moment can breathe.
Where love doesn’t need a ballroom to be beautiful.

It further convinced me that what I’m curating at The Pavilion on San Tan Blvd is needed.

Not for everyone.
But deeply right for the right ones.
