Hi❤️ I want to thank everyone for your support of Pontip’s Thai Food! I had a wonderful time preparing some of my favorite dishes for you and enjoyed talking and sharing with you. Unfortunately, I will no longer be selling Thai food as I have had issues with arthritis in my hands. I really love cooking and sharing my culture with everyone and during my journey I have been focusing on my gardening. I grow my own herbs and vegetables which I use in some Thai dishes. Since Arizona does not have great soil and water conditions I searched for ways to help my plants thrive. I found a wonderful organic probiotic soil conditioner. it recently has become very popular throughout Asia and I have spent several months learning how to make and use it. I would like to share my experiences with you and hope those of you who love gardening or just have a few houseplants will find it useful. 🙏❤️

Khan man g*i is Thai version of Hainanese chicken and rice. The rice is cooked with garlic and ginger, crispy chicken with tangy ginger sauce and chicken broth soup with daikon 😋 and as always egg rolls!
