Hi everyone! ❤️

First, I just want to say THANK YOU so much for all of the referrals, tags and inquiries that continue to come my way. Every time someone recommends Dream Day Visionary, it truly means so much to me. There are so many amazing wedding professionals out there, so the fact that you think of me and trust me enough to send couples my way never goes unnoticed. 🥹

I did want to clarify something that comes up pretty often: I am a Wedding Coordinator, not a Wedding Planner. There is a HUGE difference between the two roles, including a significant difference in the services provided and the cost associated with them.

Wedding planning is something I don’t offer and don’t plan to take on and I have SO much respect for the planners who do it! Planning is incredibly involved. Wedding planners can help select vendors, be part of the planning process from beginning to end, assist with design and décor concepts, create floor plans and layouts, help build the overall vision and sooo much more.

My sweet spot is the DIY couple who has planned their wedding and just needs someone to bring everything together and RUN THE DAY!

You’ve picked your vendors.
You’ve chosen your décor.
You’ve created your vision.
You’ve done the planning.

Now you deserve to actually ENJOY it! ❤️

That’s where I come in!

As your Wedding Coordinator, I’ll create your day of timeline, assist with setup, teardown and room flips, keep you updated on every transition, make sure everyone is where they’re supposed to be, communicate with your vendors and venue coordinator, handle the behind the scenes logistics and put out those little fires so you don’t have to.

And apparently…I’ll also kick out wedding crashers. 😂😂 I’ve had to do that TWICE this month already and we’re barely into August! Lol

I genuinely LOVE being a coordinator. I love seeing all the months of planning finally come together. I love being the person my couples can look at when something needs to be handled and know, “Nina’s got it.”!

So please keep the referrals coming! Just send me the couples who have their vision and plans in place and are ready for someone to step in, execute it, keep everything moving and allow them and their families to actually be PRESENT for the celebration.

Wow!!! Dream Day Visionary, this is a FIRST for me 3 weddings back to back! Friday, Saturday AND Sunday! 🥹❤️

Every wedding was uniquely their own, absolutely beautiful, and filled with so much love. I couldn’t let tonight end without thanking these amazing couples for allowing me to play a small part in such an important day. Thank you for working with my schedule so I could be present for every rehearsal, and most importantly, for trusting me to help make sure your wedding day ran smoothly. I’m literally soaking in the tub right now, crying and thanking God for blessing me with such amazing clients who truly value and trust me. I am forever grateful.

Three weddings in three days, and I poured the same love, the same energy, and the same grit into every single one. I truly am a lover of love, and every wedding is another reminder of just how beautiful love is. So many things in this world will eventually fade with time but love, Love is something that doesn’t.

Congratulations to all of my newlyweds from this weekend! It was truly such an honor to serve and support each of you.

July… what an incredible month! ❤️

-Coordinated weddings for 5 beautiful couples
-Worked alongside some amazing friendors
-Met so many wonderful new vendors
-Catered a rehearsal dinner with my hubby
-Celebrated our 2 year wedding anniversary
-Watched the new Moana with my family (and cried the entire time 😭)
-Found out I was named a finalist for Best New Wedding Business!

Looking back, my heart is so full. I’m incredibly grateful for every couple who trusted me with one of the biggest days of their lives, every vendor who welcomed me, and every opportunity this business continues to bring.

Now… onto August! ❤️

One of the greatest honors is helping couples find meaningful ways to keep their loved ones close on one of the biggest days of their lives. ❤️

I had the privilege of creating these beautiful memorial photo pendants for the groom’s boutonnière and the bride’s bouquet, allowing both of them to carry a special piece of their loved ones down the aisle.

What made it even more emotional was what happened throughout the wedding weekend. During the couple’s thank-you speech, an eagle representing the bride’s father soared overhead. Earlier in the weekend, while everyone was preparing for the wedding, a butterfly representing the groom’s mother kept appearing around them.

Whether you believe in signs or simply find comfort in moments like these, it was a beautiful reminder that love never truly leaves us. Some people may no longer be with us physically, but they can still be present in the moments that matter most.

Thank you for trusting me to create something so meaningful. It was truly an honor. 🤍
