As we head into our busiest season of the year, Bomb Charcuterie is growing and looking for dependable team members to join us beginning in June.

Before you apply, here are a few important details so we don’t waste anyone’s time:

• This is a year-round position (not seasonal)
• This is not freelance or occasional work
• We do not offer evening shifts
• Thursday through Saturday availability is required
• Weekend and holiday availability is essential, as our business is driven by catering, events, and storefront operations
• Starting pay is $18/hour plus pooled tips

This is a hands-on role that may include:
• Food preparation and assembly
• Charcuterie styling
• Customer service
• Catering and event support
• Cleaning and organization

We’re looking for someone who is:
• Reliable and hard-working
• Creative with an eye for presentation
• Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
• Positive, flexible, and eager to learn

We’re back open

this week for lunch!
Thursday–Saturday
11:00 AM – 3:00 PM

Thank you so much for your patience while we were closed last week—we were behind the scenes working on something really special.

Our team had the honor of preparing and assembling 2,500 charcuterie and garden graze boxes for the grand opening celebration of the new Mary Bridge Children’s Hospital. Over the course of five days, everything was created right here in our little storefront kitchen.

It was the largest job we’ve taken on to date—and it pushed us in all the best ways. We learned a lot, grew as a team, and proved to ourselves that we can successfully execute large-scale events like this.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity and for the continued support from our community that makes moments like this possible.

Hi Friends,

We wanted to share a quick update that Bomb Charcuterie will be closed for lunch service this week, and we are not taking on any additional orders.

We’re currently in full preparation mode for a large-scale off-site event, and our entire team is focused on executing it at the highest level. While we can’t share all the details just yet, we’re incredibly excited for what’s happening behind the scenes.

We’re so grateful for your continued support, patience, and understanding—it truly means everything to our small business. 💛

Good news:
You can still place orders for future dates, and with graduation parties, weddings, and summer gatherings approaching, we highly encourage booking early to secure your spot.
